Not for women with small feet
I am a nurse and on my feet for 13 hours a day. These socks are very comfortable and keep my ankles from swelling. Downside - I wear a size 6 and the S/M size is way too big. The toe hangs off the end of my foot and bunches in my shoe driving me nuts. I tried moving the heel up my lower leg but the heel still slides down and the toe still bunches. Miracle Sock, you need to make and XS for women with smaller feet!

Promising but doesn't follow through
As compression stockings the feel is about correct, perhaps even class 2. The price is great but the fit is not. The length for a size 8.5 shoe comes about 2/3 of the way up the calf but not far enough to stay up. The cuff tends to slide down. The cuff is tight enough to cause a touniquet effect making about a 1/8 to 1/4 inch grove around the calf. In other words, the length needs to be several inches longer to come above the wide part of the calf.
