Bad Buy
I've had my oven for about 1 year now. Like others, I researched several brands and decided on this product. The "oven" works great but the top heating element went out about 4 months ago along with the broil and toast functions. BB&B is wonderful at refunding their customers for faulty products, but I no longer have my receipt. Headed out today to purchase a different brand oven and will put the receipt away.

only lasted 11 months
Purchased this product 12/11. November of 2012 the top heating element went out. Can only use the "bake" function. I know BB&B would take it back but I don't have my receipt. Very disappointed in my purchase. I'm one to read reviews before making a purchase on most appliances of any sort. I took a chance on this one and lost.

Disappointed
Our other toaster oven died & when I tried to get a new one at the local appliance store they only had this one available (very small array of small appliances). I decided to give it a try instead of searching all around for another. The oven itself seems to work quite nicely. The fact that it was also convection was a bonus. In general it seems good. Problem is you can hardly read the display. We're not feeble-eyed, but there just isn't much contrast and unless you're in just the right spot at just the right angle you can't discern between a 9 and a 5, etc. Not a hassle I want to deal with, so I'm planning to take it back try getting something else somewhere else.

Best Convection Oven Ever
This oven bakes like a dream. It bakes so evenly that I never have to move around the food inside. Pizzas come out perfectly with a nice, crisp brown bottom.
For my purposes, and the price, it bakes as well as or better than my single wall oven.
