Product defect??
I received this mirror as a gift in september and the bulb blew already. I contacted my friend who bought it and she can not locate the receipt so I took it to the Annapolis Maryland store where I was told that there was nothing that they could do. Very upsetting since I shop there a lot. After seeing the other review of this product is this a defect??

After posting my review, I received a call informing me that a new mirror was on the way along with a few extras. Great service! Thank you so much! The new one works great! Love the different lighting options and the touch base is so easy to use. Thanks again!

does not work
The bulb blew as soon as I plugged it in. Took a few days before I was able to find and purchase a replacement bulb. It works now, but not as a touch light. I have to unplug it to turn it off and plug it to turn it on. The different lighting settings dont work either. VERY DISAPPOINTED. i would return it but I threw the box away thinking it was just the bulb. Lesson learned. :(
