Awful
First my husband had to drill it into our door to keep it flat and since then he's had to make minor repairs just to keep my shoes on it. As it is right now my shoes that started on the top rack are now 4 racks down. Not worth the money at all.

Waste of money
Shoes will not stay on the rack. If the door is touched all the shoes fall to the floor. I would not recommend buying. It is a waste of money.

Awful!
Upon opening box, all pieces exploded all over the floor. No way I could get it back in the box to return it. Have spent 2 weeks trying to put it together, only to come back later and find that much of it popped apart. It's still on the floor. UGH!

Love my shoe Rack
I've had this for two years and it works great! It certainly won't hold bulky shoes (I got a standing shoe rack for them) but my plats and heels are stored nicely on this.
