Good price, Lazy design
It's a sharp looking design, and a decent price, but there's a serious practical flaw; the air hole is way too close to the drinking hole, and it gets blocked whenever you tilt the cup past a certain acute angle. This prevents liquid from leaving the cup in any sort of quantity. For those would rather sip their and not lap up whatever stay drops might happen to fall, this is a non-trivial shortcoming.

Can't do without!
I am happy to say that these are the best travel mugs that we have ever used! They used to come in many other colors, but can now only be found in pink and brown. (If you find more blue cups, let me know!) We have had NO PROBLEMS at all with anything getting cold. (If you let it set, of course it might get cold, so drink it!) They hold up very well, are easy to clean, and you don't have to deal with a "flippin" tab that hits you on the nose,or drips on you when you take a drink. Our cups occasionally get abused during travel, but we have never had any that lasted this long. We still have all 8 of them, and have bought more to give away. I am having a little trouble finding them now - they seem to be getting replaced with a "flippin" tab. WE DO NOT LIKE THOSE! Buy this cup, and ask them to restock it. Its replacement is not desireable.

Useable but not great
I like that it is durable and eco-friendly, but that's where it ends in terms of its positive aspects. It's not spill-proof, hot fluid does not stay hot very long, and the airflow is insufficient; I practically have to slurp my coffee out.
3 stars only because it's a good start hopefully to a better product down the line.

What a joy!
I bought 4 of these for gifts, but 2 never made it to their intended homes. Tried it and won't be without it again. My brother-in-law was delighted, as this is the first travel cup that fits his car's holder! Now I have to buy 2 more.
