I was pleased with the excellent quality and finish.
I was very pleased with the heavy weight, flawless finish, and overall quality look of the pieces. I was also pleased with the way the pieces were packaged -- each piece was in it's own plastic sleeve and the whole place setting was in a nice Mikasa box. Also, use and care instructions were in the box. Finally, the boxes were bubble wrapped and packaged inside an outer (sturdy) shipping carton. Everything arrived in perfect condition and even quicker than I had anticipated (hoped).
