Good vacuum cleaner
It is a good and simple vacuum cleaner to clean floors, carpets, windows. I think it gets the job done and it has a lot of power and it is easy to store and move to places. It picks up all the dust from my apartment. If you are looking for something simple this is the right vacuum cleaner.

cheap
I NEVER leave reviews but I am so frustrated I had to comment on this product! I just got my bissell in the mail and was super excited to try it in our new home. I was skeptical as I took it out of the box but decided to give it a shot anyways. I'm still not impressed. This vacuum is so cheaply made, nothing snaps or clicks together, they just kind of slide into place, the head of the vacuum is so small and I was surprised there are no rotating brushes (excuse my ignorance on vacuum terminology) it's just a plastic head with a channel that is supposed to suck stuff up, which it didn't do that great either. Also, you have to go super slow on the carpet or else it skips. In order for it to reach under my furniture, I have to manually maneuver and twist the hoses and components different ways and get on all fours to get under the couch or else the head of the vacuum lifts up off the floor. The retractable cord, which was my least concern but while I'm on a rant, I'll say that it is so slow and wouldn't even wind it up all the way. It took several tries for it to finally wind the entire cord up. I will say that it is pretty quiet and lightweight. The canister part is stylish, but that's really all it has going for it. I will be returning this asap I don't recommend this vacuum to anyone. Don't waste your time or money. It also didn't help that I had to order this online, they didn't have one displayed at the store, I probably could have saved the aggravation if I could have looked at it and tried it at the store. Never again!!

just average
I am not real impressed. I purchased this vacuum to replace my Kirby generation 3. We just moved and our new house is 2 stories and all hardwood. My Kirby is heavy. I thought this vacuum might be an nice solution. It does a pretty good job on the hardwood. But, not such a good job on my area rugs. They head is cheaply made and the cord doesn't even reach the length of my family room. I think I'll take it back and get something that's a little higher quality.

gets the job done for a good price
I was not sure when I purchased it but there is no beater bar. I actually didn't miss it. Rugs and shoe laces did not get tangled up. What this vac pulled up off my floors was gross amount of dust (that's good!). After 2 bedroom, 3 br, kitchen and main room the canister was FULL. I will empty it half way thru next time. its quiet, the cord and wheels work great, and convenient enough to vac and haul up stairs. The other attachments are disappointing - really cheap. I plan to use the fabric and duster attachments from my old Oreck canister. Overall for the money its a very decent vac - would go well with a steam mop - and saves money for other more fun things.
