Spatulas!
I love these spatulas. The metal handles are awesome because they don't melt when you are cooking something hot and can actually with stand the heat that the silicon heads can unlike most plastic handled spatulas. They also clean up much better than any wooden handled spatulas I have used.

metal vs. silicone vs. wooden handles...
I started out with Silicone handle spatulas which were supposedly heat resistant to 600F. The handles snapped. I then turned to wooden handled silicone spatulas, but I can't stand that they can't go in the dishwasher. Which brought me to these- with all the great reviews, I wanted to try metal handles. The first problem is that the handles do get pretty hot. Then, after two uses and two runs through the dishwasher, I found that the silicone heads do discolor pretty easily (from cheese?!?!). Also, the flat handles are a bit uncomfortable to hold. And because they're metal, when I tap it on the side of the pot/pan to get the drips off (the same way in which I tapped with the wooden/silicone handles), it actually chipped the pan a little. Unfortunately I feel that I have to give this product 3 starts simply because I can't find another one I prefer, plus for the price they seem an ok value.

I love these
Very useful. Much better than wooden handled (which I don't think actual ever really clean) and plastic (which always seem to break over time). Cooking with these keeps coatings on my pans in good shape and the flaxible edge scrapes nearly everything from the mixing bowl.
I bought another set because I use them so much some are always in the sink or dishwasher...

Best Spatulas Ever!
These spatulas a fantastic! I've used plenty that are far too stiff, but these have just the right amount of bend. My mom and I both use them and swear by them... she's had hers for about 5 years and they're holding up great., especially for the price.
