Bigger than I thought!
For my wedding registry, I originally went with the French Countryside cereal bowls, but they were huge so I returned them. Instead I took my chances on ordering the fruit cups online since they weren't in stores. I knew traditionally fruit cups are much smaller and more shallow, but the product description made it clear that these were larger than your average fruitcup. When they arrived, they were perfectly sized. I use them for cereal, salad with dinner, and even a realistic (read: larger than "standard serving size") bowl of ice cream. They're perfect and I'm extremely satisfied!
