I got this pasta machine and i think it is grate. I can't fine the book that came with it and would like to get one if anyone knows how i can do that.

disappointed
This machine worked well enough for rolling out lasagna noodles until the adjustment knob broke off. There is a little part in it that screws shut that I can't get to to fix it-it's out of reach in a closed off part. The noodle cutting part never worked very well-noodles wouldn't completely separate when cut and would had to be pulled apart by hand after--sometimes resulting in stretching because the cut bit was more of an indented line than an actual slice. It didn't save much time over cutting by hand. I love making pasta from scratch but probably used the machine only about once a month for a year, so this was definitely not overuse that caused the problems. I'm going to get a better machine next time.

Great Pasta Machine
This is my first and I can't believe how well it worked.
Made raviolis, fettuccini and spagetti. Had no prolems at all. Great flavor and I will never buy dry pasta again. Cleaned up nicely very smooth action and I am well pleased. Cant understand why anyone would have any problems using this.
For this price no one should complain.

Great machine, Wonderful pasta
I received the machine for Christmas and we could not wait to try it out. We read the instructions thoroughly and used liberal amounts of flour, as suggested in instructions, when passing through the rollers. Found the clamp and handle easy to use. We thoroughly enjoyed trying out the machine - and found it very easy to use. The pasta was so good that I'll never buy it in a box again. It will be home made from now on.
