Oxo Food Mill
I never owned a food mill before today, I wanted to make blackberry jam an needed a faster way to remove the seeds, so I started doing some research in to seed removal. I was lead to the Oxo food mill and decided to give it a try. Wow it was easy to put together, easy to use and easy to clean. It did the job perfectly!

Great food mill
This is the best food mill I have purchased! There is little waste and it works so smoothly. It stays in place on bowl while turning without any problem. Just made applesauce and all i did was wash and quarter the apples. After cooking the apples they went through the food mill without any problem, no seeds or peelings went through. It worked beautifully and so easy to clean! Very well made. Would highly recommend this product! Planning on getting one for my daughters:)

oxo food mill
this is the 3rd or 4th food mill i have purchased over the years and, as usual, oxo goes one step further in their design. while everything works the same way as with other mills, the oxo has a mechanism for inserting and removing the grinder which is simple! it's a small feature but makes a big difference.

Works great
The OXO Food Mill is high quality and works as advertised. I do not like my mashed potatoes with the skin on so I'm not sure which takes more work, peeling the potatoes, cooking them then using an electirc mixer or just chopping the potatoes into very large chunks, cooking them and using the Food Mill to mash them. Personally I don't like peeling so I think I'm particial to the Food Mill besides, the mashed potatoes made in the food mill are the smoothest and creamest I've ever made. I strongly recommend this product as long as you don't mind having to manuall turn the handle.
