In-Tension Rod 30" - 52" Drapery Rod
The In-Tension Rod is an innovative decorative inside mount rod that does it all. It won't slip or slide with the choice of mounting options. It can be easily spring tension mounted, which requires no hardware, or for more stability it can be hung with the included invisible screws, one on each side hidden by the decorative end cover. Use the "Joiner" (sold separately) to combine multiple In-Tension rods to accommodate any width window. Diameter of rod measures 3/4". Coordinate with matching hook/clip rings (sold separately) to complete the look. One-year warranty.

Hmm its ok
I bought two rods for 2 windows, one window is 42 inches wide and was using it for a sheer panel, it worked really well for this. The other was for a tab top blind for a 40 inch window and its useless, it does not stay up with any tension, blind is not heavy. The kit comes with screws to secure the rod, but the purpose in buying a tension rod was I didn't want to screw into the window frame. Bottom line is its a hit or a miss if the rod you buy is able to maintain the tension.
