I love these! I bought these to make the Pizookie cookie dessert made by BJ's Restaurant and Brewery. The cookie gets a nice crust. The pans have a nice weight, and clean so easily. I love these tart pans!! The bottom removes, but the cookie and ice cream do not leak out of the botom. October 16, 2012

Excellent Buy I make quiche on the regular using no oil. They just slide right out of the pans. Clean up is so easy; they don't even need to be soaked. Very small amount of dripping at the bottom if the batter is too watery/eggy. Not a problem if including mixins in the quiche. Great product and I highly recommend it. September 29, 2011

these are so great i originally bought these on clearance (set of 5) when i wanted to try to make personal quiches. I recently started using them to make taste samplers for my pies! My kids love their own personal pies and my friends love them as intimate gifts! October 20, 2010
