Mavea Maxtra Premium Water Filter
The Maxtra technology of this filter reduces chlorine, limescale and heavy metals like lead and copper. Filter helps to improve the taste of hot beverages and increases the life of your Tassimo machine or Mavesa Filtration Systems (sold separately) by reducing build-up of scale deposits. Filter micro-screen reduces release of carbon particles into water. Silverized filter media inhibits growth of bacteria to maximize filter life. With the Flow Control System, consistent flow rate is achieved over the life of the filter. Filters are steam sterilized and hygienically-sealed in pouch. Approximate life of filter with average use is two months. 1 year limited warranty. Model # 1000979.

Tassimo is great disappointment
I purchased the first model and when I needed a new filter, they were no where to be found! Finally located on the Internet last year order two just to find out there no where to be found AGAIN!!!!! Skip Tassimo and buy KEURIG!!!!

Well "I" have a newer machine
These work great and go well with my NEW machine. I have no issues with them, well besides the 10 min prep period, but sacrifices must be made.
I use filtered water along with these filters and my coffee taste amazing. Definitely worth the purchase if you have a newer machine.

I have an older machine too. It would be nice if I could get a filter that works. I may have to consider cancelling my automated order of coffees.
Please bring back filters that fit the older machines!!!
