Made for very young ones This is very cute and sturdy, but it doesnt really "go". I would say it is made for children 18 months and younger. My 22 month old is more entertained by picking it up and watching the tail flap than by watching it verrrrrrrrrrry slowly move around the tub September 15, 2012
