Pretty cool!
Love the convenience of it all. Suction is so so....but good enough!

Gotta get it
I purchased TWO vacuums. One for the upstairs and the other one for the downstairs! This way I have all the power from the charge without running low. They are also light weight and space friendly. One of the best purchases ever in a vacuum.

Not Worth The Money
For quick pick ups, this is fine when it works...Although, we all know, battery-operated vacuums have noticeably LESS suction than electric ones. We use this battery-operated unit briefly (for 3 minutes or less) several times a day, solely to pick up a little bit of cat litter that gets tracked outside the litterbox. For the first [4] months, this unit worked fine. But, lately, it hasn't been holding much of a charge... It starts off with very-low suction (sounds like the battery is 98% dead), and then, within a minute of use, it begins to sound more charged. Within about 2 or 3 minutes of use, the motor somehow revs up gradually, and ends up sounding and performing like it's fully charged ...This is NOT normal, therefore, it's not worth the hassle to us. Unfortunately, this unit does not reflect the same 'quality' as other types of Dirt Devil products we've owned. Albeit we will miss the 'convenience' of a battery-operated vacuium, we definitely will resort to the 'electric Eureka Quick-Up" that has never failed us...And, the cost of the 'electric' Eureke Quick-Up is $10 to $15 less than this battery-operated Dirt Devil. For the last several years, we have kept an 'electric' Eureka Quick-Up in each of our homes...and have never had to replace them! In short, the quality (of perfomance) of this battery-operated devise definitely is NOT WORTH the money. Sorry, Dirt Devil. I've always loved Dirt Devil products, but something was changed in the making of this particular device.

works great - for a while
I purchased this product about a year ago and it worked great for the first few months. Now it doesn't have enough power to pick up much of anything. Once the power is shut off, all the dirt falls out again - it's worthless. Bummer, as I really liked using it in the beginning!
