...but it did not stay hot enough long enough...had to send it back ;-(

Great for keeping things warm
I have two Magma hot plates. They are great for keeping hors d' hoeuvres warm, or dinner side dishes. Don't know how I did without them -- guess we just ate things cold. :)

Great Purchase
I love this hotplate. I use it every day at work to keep my microwave dinner warm. I constantly get interrupted while eating so this item has been great so that I don't have to reheat my dinner.

Does a great job!
I bought a pair for my parents last year. They think they are great for keeping their plates hot on cold winter nights. They want to buy for their friends to give as gifts.
