Can't Live Without It Now I don't know how I got along without it as long as I did. Now my good bottles of wine stay fresh long enough for me to drink them. It takes me about 10 days to drink a bottle. I can't recommend it highly enough. A friend that showed me her Skybar feels the same way. December 28, 2011
I love it I researched many different wine chillers before purchasing this one. Its a big investment to begin with and to chill and preserve wine to enjoy it to the max was important. This product does both! There were some complaints about it taking TOO long to chill the wine, or the seal not working right. I have had my Skybar for almost a year, and have not had a single problem with it. The wine is chilled in a couple hours, and the seal has always been fine. If I were to offer a suggestion to the manufacturers, the Skybar may want to improve its model slightly to allow taller, bottles to fit such as a Smitte Shoen or even a Sutter Home bottle, but to remedy that problem I purchased an unmarked unused wine bottle from a local vineyard that does fit in the Skybar, and when I decide to chill a wine of choice, I transfer it into the unmarked bottle to chill and preserve. I will leave the empty bottle next to the Skybar so my guests can see which wine is being served. April 14, 2011
