Not so easy to use, but good brownies!
I love that this brownie pan makes even little brownies! There are several drawbacks though. There are three pieces: the pan, the base, and the separator, all of which need to be coated with cooking spray. After you bake your brownies, you have to remove the separator at just the right time. Too early, and your brownies rip apart. Too late, and your brownies have hardened to the sides of the separator. Next, the brownies made with this pan are always more caky than fudgy, but that's just personal preference. Lastly, the separator is hard to clean! All the parts are dishwasher safe, but you still have to scrub all four walls of each section of the separator before loading it in the dishwasher if you want it to actually come out clean. Summary: If you like caky, evenly cut brownies, be sure to use lots of cooking spray, remove the separator when the brownies are just starting to cool, and wash it ASAP.

Awesome Brownie Pan!!!!!!
I am so impressed with this pan!!! It is super easy to use and clean. I love the fact I can "personalize" each brownie! If your debating about this purchase, GO AHEAD AND BUY IT! Your going to LOVE it!

Great product!!
I had been hesitant to purchase a brownie pan because I had heard that they were tough to clean and one particular pan actually had mixed reviews because the removal bottom would leak and make a mess in the oven. When I saw this one today I decided to give it a try since instead of a removeable bottom it has a piece that lifts out of the pan to remove the brownies. I made my first batch when I got home and am extremely pleased!!! Brownies cooked evenly, did not stick to the pan and the pan was so easy to clean. I highly recommend this pan to anyone who bakes alot (or even those who bake occasionally.)

Great product
I am the messiest brownie maker of all time. Not any more! I used this for the first time today and am thrilled with how nice and even the brownies came out. I didn't make any type of mess at all. I recommend this to anyone!
