I have used the inducton burner every day since it arrived. I am so relieved to have an alternative to my dreadful glasstop stove. The induction burner is fast cooking and a breeze to clean. I would have appreciated some guidance for the use of the interface disk. I am still working on that. It is too bad I was not aware of the superiority of induction cooking when I remodeled my kitchen last year.
