Big disappointment!!!!
I purchased 4 of these shades for my home which is in the Caribbean. The bamboo look is perfect for an "island" home and I liked the idea of them being cordless. These are the cheapest made shades ever! Every single shade came out of the box broken! The bottom of the shade has thin strips of wood for "support"....they were glued on originally....the glue is still there in lumps but no wood support. I have had these shades up for only 2 months and I am super careful when I open and close them. They are continuing to fall apart before our eyes! Now one of them hangs crooked no matter what I do.... the lining of the shades are only glued on so they are all beginning to fall apart. from every spot they were originally glued. Do not buy these shades!!!! They are junk and BB&B should be ashamed to sell such poorly made items. In spite of the 2 reviews I read on these shades that spoke of problems I purchased based on the looks and the fact that they would get very little use. Boy, was I wrong! Even if you hang these up and never open or close them....they will fall apart on you and end up hanging crooked.
