Very Poor Quality
I purchased this item,used it once for cake batter, and the enamel was coming off of the blade. I live 80 miles from the closest BBB, so I had to wait until I was making a trip to that area. When I went to return it, they had a total of 6 blades on the shelf. I opened up the first box, because it was torn, and it was very clearly a used blade, there was even more enamel missing than from the one I was returning. I proceeded to open each remaining box, and to my disgust, EVERY SINGLE ONE was a used, damaged blade. I brought them, opened, to the customer service desk. She seemed surprised, stating she had no clue how these blades ended up back on the shelf. If I didn't live so far away, I'd go back and make sure they weren't back on the shelf. There seems to be no quality made products anymore, and customer service is a thing of the past. How sad.

flex edge beater isn't worth anything
I purchased 2 of these for Christmas presents and I'll be honest . . I tried the one for my sister out first while making ice cream and the beater never went anywhere near the bowl. I was standing there and watching . . . .had to take it back 280 miles round trip . .what a bummer! I had no problems returning it. I have 3 kitchen aid stand mixers but this beater will never be in my kitchen again! The beater was labeled on the container to fit my model machines but it sure didin' work as advertized.

Can't believe how much easier and faster using my mixer is with this beater. It truly is a must.

Love this attachment!
I had one of these for my 5 quart mixer and have really missed it since I upgraded to the 6 quart. Can't wait to get it!
