Purchased in-store. Easy to put together. Performance is Excellent. Easy clean up. Fits nicely on kitchen counter. NOT in agreement with the negative reviews. Very satisfied with this purchase - GREAT PRODUCT. <3

Dissapointing
I registered for the this for my bridal shower and it is the most disappointing item I've used. It seems slow and ineffective. I would prefer a Cuisinart based on what I hear.

Worst KitchenAid product ever...
I've never had a food processor that wound up to get itself going, but this one does. High and Low seem to be the same speed and the buttons are so hard to push. I've used other products by KitchenAid and been very pleased, but this is terrible. I got it as a gift from someone who had a KitchenAid (of higher quality) that thought it would be a good gift. Truly disappointed...
