I like how it uses very little oil. It is really simple to cute. Would not buy a kind.

Messed with the Old Design
This was the third time I have purchased this item because we cook hot wings every 2 weeks on average(plus other things as well). The previous models were much better than the new one offered from Delonghi. The top on this one does not have a seal that keeps odors and moisture from seeping/leaking onto the side of the unit and into the air like the other two had. The filtering system only has the charcoal pad, not the two layered filter of the other lids. Much more odor residue is in the air after cooking. Plus they are very expensive to replace. However, it does seem to cook the food very well in the same amount of time as other models, For the price I am disappointed in this new fryer I bought from Delonghe/ BB&B.

Excellent Deep Fryer
I LOVE this deep fyer! The safety features are awesome. you can raise & lower the basket without opening the top - great splatter prevention! also, it's easy to clean. There's a hose to drain the grease after it cools, and then you can just wipe out the inside. The basket turns inside so the food gets evenly cooked. Highly recommend this product!
