Wonderful Cookware
I cook A LOT and was looking for pans that would clean up easier and faster than my stainless steel pans. I purchased these with some hesitation about the durability of the exterior but have been pleasantly surprised. They have some VERY light surface marks on the outside, but no true scratches. These pans are truly "Non-Stick" BOTH inside and out. They heat quickly and evenly and are a true joy to cook with. Also, cleanup is a breeze. The only thing you have to "wash" are the handle rivets on the inside of the pan. Everything else just rinses clean (but i wipe them out with a soapy cloth anyway). They hang on my potrack when not in use and look beautiful. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with my purchase.

very nice cookware
This is a very pretty set - the bronze is on the light side, but it is very pretty, and the non-stick surface is excellent. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone who wants an attractive set of cookware. Mine hangs from a pot rack, so I get to enjoy it all of the time.
