Bed of Nails Acupressure Pillow
The Bed of Nails is a Swedish acupressure pillow, inspired by ancient Indian healing tradition. Believed to have been around for thousands of years, today it is re-invented in a more modern form, with thousands of non-toxic plastic spikes, harmless to the skin but with all the healing benefits of its legendary ancestor. While triggering the body's innate way of healing itself, the 2,128 acupressure points make the Bed of Nails a very effective tool for easing tension and inducing a state of deep relaxation, while revitalizing and rejuvenating. 100% non-toxic plastic nails. Measures 14.2" x 6" x 4" inches. Hand-washable removable cover. Imported. Warning! The Bed of Nails Pillow should not be used in case of skindisease, hemophilia or the intake of anticoagulants. If you are uncertain, always consult your doctor before use. Keep away from children 5 years of age and younger.

Seems like a sure thing! But only time will tell..
I only used this pillow just last night, along with the coordinating mat. I tried the pillow first and maybe I have a high pain threshold, but it didn't hurt really. I have issues with tension headaches, and nothing seems to be effective for very long. I've used "support" pillows, bio freeze, tiger balm, heat/ice, icy hot patches, OTC pain meds, prescription meds...you name it, I've probably used it.
I go to the Chiropractor at least once a week, and have been seeing an acupuncturist at least once a week for the last few month. I'm rather young to be having so many issues so I decided to at least give this a try, and if it fails at least BBB has a great return policy! Its similar to acupuncture, the way it takes a second to get use to and it "hurts so good" kind of feeling. I wore a shirt when using the mat, but then realized the shirt was too thick, so I tried it without and it was just fine. Only did about 5 minutes on the pillow and mat, but plan to increase the time. The mat does sting slightly a few minutes into it and then a few minutes after you are off. Just remember to anchor yourself down on the mat and/or pillow SLOWLY...and raise up/get off the same. DO NOT MOVE while on it. You will be good to go if you follow that small tidbit of advice :)
Being that I only used it just last night, I will need more time to see if it provides actual benefits (hence the 4/5 stars), but I can def say that my neck tightness seemed better afterwards/next day. I packed it in my overnight travel bag (kept it inside the plastic it came in) so I can use it while away from home. I'd say if you are on the fence about using this or both products, give it a try. Utilize the coupons BBB has to offer too (can redeem in-store if unable to online) Happy Healing! :)

fairly relaxing pillow
Strange feeling at first but as you allow the pillow to sink in there is a relaxing touch. However Im not sure of long term benefits at this time .

Fantasic!
It takes a few times to get used to but it "hurts so good." After using the mat and the pillow I sleep very sound.

Awesome pillow!
I have whiplash from a car accident I had 20+ years ago & every once in a while my neck will absolutely kill me. To this point of vomiting. I'm mean its bad. Last night I had one of these episodes when leaving work. I drove home in misery. I could not believe how well this pillow helped me in a very short amount of time. This only thinghas helped in this past is my chiropractor sister in law & age lives to far away. I'm thrilled with this pillow. Its a miracle!
