I purchased this vacuum to help keep on top of the dog hair and dirt I have two Siberian Huskies They shed twice a year and seem to bring a lot of dirt in the house. I like the vacuum with the exception the attaching the wand to the motor is not always easy. Also to clean the brush it is not easy to take apart. The clip thingy aren't always to attach to the parts.

Dyson 44
I have just purchased the Dyson 44. Everyone seems to have a love it or hate it relationship with this cordless vacumn. First of all I rarely use the max power button, so I have 20 minutes of cleaning power. Second of all everyone complains about having to hold the power button. I am 72 years old and I don't have a problem with it. There is a reason to have to hold the button to keep it running. The reason is this. How many times do you walk away from the vacumn to move a piece of furniture or do something else? I know I do. If the cordless kept running you would be wasting the power minutes. Third of all its a cordless. It is not meant to do a big job like spring cleaning. For that you would use your plug in. This cordless is great. It goes from rugs to hard wood floors without having to change any aparatus and it does a great cleaning job. I bought it because I needed a cordless to clean my car, but I find I use it for everything else. This is my first Dyson vacumn cleaner and I highly recommend it as a cordless.

Love this!
It is a splurge but well worth it! It's not meant to vacuum the whole house! Small clean ups. Love the convenience! Works great on dog hair. Use it in the car after trips to dog beach.

Absolutely love it! The best way to keep ahead of my Yellow Labrador's constant shedding. Easy to use and plenty of power and suction to do the job - mostly hardwood floors with some rug areas.
