Horrible product, even worse customer service.
The product is truly horrible. It leaks really badly and only after a few weeks it stopped working altogether. I sent it back to the manufacturer under the one year warranty agreement and they sent it back to me without even opening the package, claiming on the package that the return period has expired!!!! I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!

Poor choice
No direction device at top, so air goes up and makes everything around it wet. Need to put on top of towels (ruined wooden furniture before realized that). Hard to clean. On the upside, it does have an option for a nightlight, is lightweight, good size, and emits a lot of air.

Should have listened to the bad reviews...
I was excited when I first got the humidifier - super easy to set up, and was whisper quiet, as promised. However in just a few weeks of using every night for about 8 -10 hours, with the dial turned onto the low side, it suddenly started making an obnoxious whirring sound, loud enough for me to hear across the room and to keep me awake & annoyed. Clearly this thing is dying, so I give up and will be returning it. That's what I get for having faith in the good reviews and ignoring the bad ones. Sigh.. won't be getting another one and will have to research other brands.

Inferior Product
I agree with the other review. This humidifier creates a puddle of water all around it. It will ruin your furniture if placed on a wooden tabletop/dresser.
