IT's OK
I bought this item but then returned it. I had some immediate concerns about its quality when I noticed the top of the machine wobbling after I first turned it on. It never stops wobbling. When I tried processing carrots, the machine made a lot of noise and then stopped because the top had been dislodged ( safety feature) due to jamming. The pulp that is created by this machine is very wet, and it was suggested by Kuvings that I should process the wet pulp AGAIN. Oh boy, is THIS taking a long time to get a glass of juice! Overall, 'masticating juicing' is an expensive ( machine cost) and time consuming hobby. It takes a lot of produce to create one glass of juice, and that produce must be cut into small pieces to feed into the narrow tube. The cleanup can be a chore as well if you use very fibrous veggies like celery. It took me about 15 minutes to clean all the parts of this juicer. I decided that I would prefer the 'whole juice' approach of a blender rather than a juicer. The pulp is nourishing and should not be discarded as a 'juicer' does. Blenders take about 5 minutes to clean up.

Love it!
The red looks great on the counter so I don't have to try and hide it. Very easy to put back together after just one try. (If you line up the red dots, and the lid goes on smoothly, you have it! Easy-peasy!) And It gets so much juice out of everything. I love it. Definitely not disappointed. (Only weird thing is the translated recipe booklet.)

Love!
I love this juicer! It's easy to use, easy to clean with the cleaning attachments, so quiet, and fun to use!! It does and excellent job of juicing everything from kale and spinach to carrots and apples. I get so much juice out of each vegetable/fruit and it blends deliciously. Highly recommend!

Kuvings Masting Juicer superior to any centrifugal
I have been using the Kuvings masticating juicer for a couple weeks now and I am very impressed compared to the performance of my old centrifugal juicer. I did a 60 day juicing cleanse a few months ago, and at the time thought I was getting a lot of juice out of my produce. I now realize I wasn't, as I am getting much more juice from the Kuvings juicer and the pulp expelled is drier. Your produce dollar really stretches a whole lot more with this juicer and that's something important to anyone who is doing any amount of juicing! And I never realized how loud my old juicer was until I got my Kuvings...this thing is so quiet! I don't have to worry that I might wake my husband up anymore when I'm juicing at 5am! And it also cleans more easily and assembles quickly, which is great when you juice as much as I do. I would highly recommend the Kuvings masticating juicer to anyone wanting a quality product that will really get them the most "bang for their buck"!
