Worst purchase ever
These pans stick stick stick!!! We have owned many stainless pans before that did not stick at all. We tried to heat up the pan before using it, adding oil/butter, nothing works even ground beef would stick! Ugh. We took them back and got the non stick version of these pans and love love love them!

Great Value for Pans
I was replacing Farberware pans, that quite frankly were a huge disappointment. The Emerilware pans seemed to be well built and in a price range I could afford. So, at time of purchase, it was the best deal. I have, for the most part, been very satisfied with the pans. I have an electric stove and get good heat distribution in the pans. They clean up very well. My only complaint is that the handles on the lids get hot. You have to use a pad to lift lids when cooking. The handles on the pans are fine. Otherwise, I love the stainless and the glass lids.

What a Disappointment
We owned a farberware set for 45 years and recently the handles came loose and we looked to replace the set. Farberware is not what it used to be so we looked for something else. The Emerrilware stainless steel by All Clad seemed to be the best of the sets we looked at in the $200 price range. Outside very pretty but not functional. The pour spouts on the pots cause steam to escape making it difficult to cook brown or even white rice.Steam escapes even when the lid's steam vents are on the closed position. After first use of one of the larger pots adding salt to heated water caused pitting. This never happened with my farberware. Now we are looking for a set to replace the Emerilware

Great Cookware
I received this as a wedding shower gift and my fiancee was thrilled because he does all of the cooking. He said its a great product and cooks well. Just be advised that every piece doesn't not have a matching lid and the lids are hot to the touch.
