The brush works well and the auto open/close feature is nice, but water or cleaning solution on the brush leaks out from the side of the holder. I've resorted to placing the brush inside a plastic bag before returning it to the holder - awkward and unattractive. Save your money and choose another product.

I love this product, what i like the most is the fact that the canister opens when u grab the brush, that's awesome :)

Good but costly product
I have had a couple of these for many years, and just recently found the replacement heads which can be purchased separately. The toilet brush is sturdy and works well, cleaning under the rim and in all the hard-to-reach places. It's an even more practical product now that I've found the reasonably priced replacement heads.

Does Not Last
I bought this less than 2 years ago & was originally thrilled with it. Loved how it felt, loved the storage unit. Less than two years later, with normal use, the tip of the brush is all compressed down (I do not scrub that hard!) I think it may be because the bristles seem softer than other brushes and it rests on the tip in the holder instead of being suspended. Also, I use regular cleaners and the bristles are falling out into and onto my toilet when I went to use it today! Will NOT buy again! I have a Clorox toilet brush with Covered Caddy that I use in two other bathrooms that works way better and is the same age.
