Excellent Non-Stick Griddle
This griddle is better than I expected. It's great for pancakes, eggs, grilled cheese, fish, almost anything. The griddle heats evenly, even with two dissimilar gas burners. We like that the non-stick surface eliminates most of the need for artery-clogging butter and is so easy to clean after each use. My family uses the griddle quite often and we're very happy with this purchase. By the way, the non-stick surface will probably last a long time if you remember never to use anything made of metal, which can scratch the coating.

Great for Pancakes
It fits my stove top just great. Heavy duty, stable on the stove top when flipping pancakes. May try grilling sandwiches.
