Flexible Chopping Mat (Set of 4)
These flexible chopping mats are color coded to prevent cross contamination. Each color designates a different type of food, so your vegetables, breads, meats and more never touch the same surface accidentally. The flexibility makes storage a snap. Mats can be stored flat or rolled up! Each mat measures 11" x 15". Dishwasher safe. Set of 4 mats. Made in USA.

Work well for me
They stay put on my butcher block counter.
You get slice marks on them as you cut, but you can't cut through these without purposeful effort. My more expensive sharpest knives don't come close to cutting through.
They are very flexible, so they curl up a bit at the sides in open storage, but lay flat when in use.
Great colors. Great for shifting on, & generally making less of a mess around the place, & using a separate one for meats.
Great for larger jobs where I want a larger layout of "board" to catch the spills (like cutting 8 pounds of apples during pre-holiday prepping... so I can sit at the table with 3 flexboards laid out, instead of stand at the counter.)
I haven't put in dishwasher yet (I'll have to try that.) I hand wash in very hot suddy water.
They won't replace having a solid real chopping board, but for $6 it was worth it to have lightweight easy to move around options.

Too Thin & Slippery
As Delilahj99 said, these are too thin to be useful. They slip and slide everywhere, and are easily cut if you have good knives. I only use mine as counter "protectors" when doing things that might stain my counter, but can't use them as anything to cut on. There is now a thicker gripper version - I'm going to try those since I just don't have room in my tiny kitchen to store multiple cutting boards, and I'm paranoid about cutting up chicken.

Great for 6 bucks
Do not worry about cutting through these with a sharp knife. I keep very sharp Japanese knives in my kitchen and if you even come close to cutting through one of these mats then you are sawing too hard. I like these in that they are easy to store. When I am cutting meats AND veggies I can avoid cross-contamination issues by simply grabbing another one, and when the meal is done these can go right in your dishwasher on the hottest setting and they will be fine. Now, these WILL cut. A sharp knife will lacerate the surface of the mat, but that will not hurt anything. And when they get too scarred up, replace them. They only cost 6 bucks for four of them.

Very poor quality
If you have never used a good flexible cutting board and try these, you'll probably think they're great because light and flexible is cool compared to hard boards. These, however, are the worst I've tried. They're so thin that with a good blade, you can cut through them. I even worried about cutting my countertops while using them. They warp easily, and forget putting them in the dishwasher. Look for ones that are thicker and more durable.
