Great Little Machine
I was very pleased when this machine produced exactly what I wanted. The temperature control was perfect so I could make a steady stream of these wafers without it overheating or cooling off. The recipe for the basic dough consistency was fine but I just added more vanilla to enhance the flavor. Clean up was easy and storage was compact.

PIZZELLE MAKER
Great machine. I have had a large pizzelle maker for years and decided to try making the smaller ones. perfect size.. This machine cooks them evenly and they are nice and crisp (not soft) good machine...

So love it! And you will to!
I got this because I love to cook and I love Cannolis. I made about 50 last night for a party tomorrow and it was wondrful to make and eat. Not hard at all and easy clean up. If you love cannolis but dont like spending all that money on them or your having a party this is the perfect little machne for you.
