Another excellent Vornado product
I have Vornado fans so did not hesitate to order this heater. We use it in our 5th wheel during the cool AZ winters.
No hot spots and it warms the largest room.

Without question the worst space heater
I own a small one bedroom apartment and this product will barely heat the bathroom. In the bedroom (14x12) the heater will not do a thing and will actually blow cold air when set to continuous use. And will continually turn on and immediately off when set to auto mode. Could seriously heat the
Apartment more efficiently with two baseboard heat units that are 30 years old. Would not take another vornado heater if I was paid to. Without question the worst purchase made since the pet rock.

Can't recommend...earned title of "Sparky"
This review is for the Vornado VH102 heater I recently purchased at BBB for $79.99 and will be returning soon. I have owned a Vornado AVH2 heater for a few years and it has performed exceedingly well and I needed a second heater for my son's room. I saw the VH102 at BBB and aside from the color (grey) and a slightly different control panel, the AVH2 and VH102 look alike, so I bought it. After a couple days use it's quite obvious the VH102 is an inferior product and I have to wonder why it's even in Vornado's product lineup. Unlike the AVH2 which controls heat output by progressively increasing/decreasing the amount of heat and fan speed, the VH102 simply shuts off the heat and fan when the temperature you've set is reached. Then, of course, when the temperature drops lower than the set temp., it switches the heat and fan (unless you have the fan in "Cont." mode) back on. This does not sound like bad operation at all, but here's the catch.....there's distinct visual and audible "sparking" when the unit is switching the heat on/off. This is especially annoying when the heater gets "confused" and goes through a series of sparks and clicks before finally deciding what to do with itself. For me, this sparking and clicking makes it impossible to use in a bedroom while sleeping as it's too loud and overpowers the pleasant white noise of the fan. It also seems like a safety issue to me, but I trust the product meets all safety standards. Bottomline...do not buy the VH102. Shop around and spend a few dollars more on the AVH2 or the DVTH. These are both superior products from Vornado and you can find them for not much more than the VH102.

Product works well.
This is the best company I have ever dealt with. Their personnel, especially in the service department, is terrific. They went out of their way to make sure all of my needs were taken care of. The unit is working efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend their products to anyone. I just wish all companies were like this one.
