POOR POOR Dishes
I received several pieces of this set including platters, heart shaped serving bowls, platters, large pitcher plus many many more. These dishes are the worst dishes I have ever had, they are heavy, chip in the blink of an eye and I have burned myself more than once when taking them out of the microwave. There are hairline cracks that bleed grease when used in the microwave even though the have been ran thru a dishwasher. WILL NEVER BUY A PFALTSGRAFF product again. Contacted the company and no support or customer service at all. Very very bad!!!

Do not waste your money
I've have these dishes for 18 months now and they are an absolute mess. My last set of Pfaltzfraff was given to me by Grandmother who used it for 15 years and then I used it for 22 yrs. I had one plate that had a crack in it. Based on that history I decided to purchase Pfaltzgraff again. Imagine my surprise when after a month this set began to chip. Now after 18 months every piece has 2 or mores chips in it.
When I contacted Pfaltzgraff they also offered me the 50% off of any new purchases. They can keep their 50%! Well I made a new purchase and I am thrilled with my new Fiesta ware! It is holding up like a dream. Plus it does go wtih the textiles that I purchased in the same pattern from Pfaltzgraff.
What a shame because the Evening Sun is such a lovely pattern.

Chipping!
My dishes have started to chip like crazy! Love the design, but they do not hold up! Very disappointed!

Love my dishes!
I searched high and low for dishes with a pattern that I liked! I found these and added them to my wedding registry. I got 2 sets along with the pitcher, platter, and companion set! I love these dishes! The colors are vibrant and beautiful. The dinner plates are huge, but fit in my dishwasher. They did not fit in my top cabinets in my apartment, we have to store them in a lower cabinet. We use the salad plates as dinner plates. I have had no problems at all with chipping!
