Works Great
I have had the largest skillet for over a year and the finish is just like new. The no stick is not worn at all. I love this pan and would recommend it to anyone.

Poor Quality
Bought the 10" Skillet and was very disappointed. Worked fine for the first few uses, then it crapped out. Food (omelettes) started cooking unevenly then started sticking. Tried several settings to no avail. Resorted to non-stick oil spray and it worked fine. Save your money, buy something else!

Works the first couple times
I followed the instructions for use and the non-stick coating stopped working after just a couple uses. I will never buy one of these again. Read reviews for other ceramic pans across the internet and you will find the same story.

starts out great, not good for the long term
I, too, loved this pan when I first got it. I balked at the hefty price tag but once I started using it, I decided that the quality was worth it. Unfortunately, I am having issues with everything sticking and/or burning. I am an avid cook and find I need to remove it from the stovetop before it is finished to prevent scorching. Since I initially loved this pan, I am still considering replacing it with the same one (it was that great at the start) but will watch for the signs that it is "breaking down" more carefully.
