Love it!
This is my 2nd Sonicare toothbrush... the first one being the one with the large barrel replacement brush. Though I loved the original, there were some changes I thought could be made. This new one has made them! The battery lasts a long time and the area where you attach the head is super easy to keep clean. I've had the new one for over a year already and am purchasing one for my daughter. Good buy!!!

Same issue as other user
I've had this product for about 2.5 years (of course after the warranty expired) when it started making weird noises and literally sounded like it had gone crazy. I'm not sure why this started happening but I think it's now broken.

Great toothbrush-until it broke
This electric toothbrush was awesome for the short time that I had it. It randomly broke one day. I put it on the charger and it started making crazy noises and it wouldn't charge it just would sit on the charger and buzz. I highly recommend Phillips Sonicare-just not this model.
