Does not work
I had great hopes for this product. The problem is that it does not produce enough steam to do the job. It sits in my closest.

Shark Portable Steam Cleaner
I used this a lot for my stainless steel appliances. It did a good job, but did not clean grout well or my oven. I also used it for steaming curtains and clothing. However, after a year, it quit working. I don't think I will buy another as I think this was a bit pricey.

Very handy around the house
I bought this product after having used, and enjoyed, the Shark Vac then Steam. I wanted a product that would do as good of a job on other surface as the Vac then Steam does on the floor. This product did not disappoint.
Pros:
--Large reservoir allows me to clean multiple surfaces in multiple rooms without needing to stop to fill up.
--Carrying bag makes it easy to keep all the pieces in one place while also allowing you to tote it all with you (very useful when I take it to housecleaning jobs).
--Does a great job at removing spots and stains. So much so that black spots on my grandmother's white countertops, which had been there for almost a decade despite countless efforts to clean them, were lifted away with the first use of the Steam PocketMop.
--Lifts away dirt, oil, grease, sticky spots formed by some anonymous person who refuses to fess up to their mess, etc.
--Does a great job at cleaning cabinet doors, drawer fronts, walls, door frames, etc.
--Freshens fabrics (which is really helpful when you realize you're out of clothes and you've forgotten to run the laundry in time for you to leave the house).
--Does a great job of removing spots and stains from carpets and fabrics. I even removed 10 square feet of stains with this than I did using cleaners on the same type of stain elsewhere in the room.
Cons:
--Some surfaces need to be wiped down before you can use the steam mop in order to ensure you dont end up with a big clump of dirt at the end. It's not too big of an issue, I usually just sweep all the crumbs and dust off the countertops and onto the floor to be vacuumed up when I use the Vac and Steam.
--If you need to refinish your wood, you shouldn't use this product on it. It does a really good job of lifting away flaky varnish/stains.
--The upholstery attachment doesn't do much to clean the furniture. It's not a huge problem, but some pieces of furniture really could go for a good cleaning. And, they can't be taken to a dry cleaner, so they're forever dirty.
--It's sometimes hard to direct the steam. Often times, I feel like I'm doing a better job at steaming the air than I am the surface I'm cleaning.
--The cord can get a bit unwieldy at times, particularly when trying to store it.
--The reservoir leaks if the Steam Pocket mop is stored on it's side. It's not too big of a problem as it's not hard to empty the reservoir before storing, it's just a nuisance.
Overall, it's a great product that I would easily recommend to anyone. Just make sure to run a test of your surface before cleaning the whole thing. You don't want to end up using steam where you shouldn't have, and having to spend time repairing.

Does what it says
I am very sensitive to harsh cleaning chemicals. With this thing, I don't need them. I just used my steamer to clean a truly icky bathroom that hadn't been touched in years - that tub sparkles now and I would have no fear at all about using it. The best part - I didn't get a sick headache from spraying things with names like "Lauryl Dimethyl Amine Oxide" around!
