first time using a sleep mask
I was a skeptic about this at first but currently I share a room and I need it pitch black to sleep. My roommates use their computers until way late at night and short of smashing their computers to get it dark so I could sleep I bought this mask...true story. I was at my wits end, I need my sleep. It was as weird to put on the first time as you would imagine but once I figured out how to be comfortable in it let me tell you what it has been a month and I have been sleeping great! I hope if you are having light sensitivity issues interfering with your sleep schedule that you give this a try, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Dreamy
This mask is very soft and not scratch on your eye lids like other masks. The size is generous and covers a good portion of your face. It is adjustable which is a plus since no two heads are the same. The only con is mine lasted me through 5 years and the satin on the front around the border is now torn and I can see the polyester filling. It's time to order me another so I can continue to get restful sleep. I can't sleep without it, and use it every night.

very effective
This item is very soft, and stays on my face all night long. I cannot see anything through it whatsoever, so I can sleep soundly while my partner can have lights on while they read in bed.

Dream Zone Mask
I have been using this particular sleep mask for several years now. Normally there are three or four of them around the house: close to the sofa for impromptu naps, one tucked into my travel case so it can't possibly be forgotten, one on the bedside table, and the extra one is for a spare while another is being laundered.
It doesn't give you a headache from the strap being too tight; it's adjustable. The fabric is soft and silky so it isn't abrasive to your skin.
