Terrible.
I bought these sheets to replace 400 thread count cotton sheets. I thought that the softness would increase as the price and the thread count did. It didn't.
These sheets were like sleeping on very expensive sandpaper. I washed them several times in hopes they would soften. They didn't.
After their fourth washing, I noticed that a seam on one of the pillow cases had come completely undone. They were exchanged for Eucalyptus sheets.

They are going back
These sheets wrinkle badly, need ironing after being washed. It doesn't help that they are really oversized, so cannot be stretched tight to pull them taut. (We are using king sheets turned sideways on the bottom for our Eastern king.)
Secondly, while they feel fairly soft to the touch, they make strange scratchy noises when you move your feet or legs in bed - sort of like rubbing your hand over sandpaper. We thought the630 thread count would mean softness, but our old 400 count sheets were better.

awesome
I was nervous that i had ordered these sheets once i started reading the reviews. i must say i cant believe how many negative reviews there were! I love these sheets. They are like sleeping on a cloud, very soft and just warm enough with the crisp cool feeling when i first get in to bed. I love them and bed bathe and beyond!

Supima is way better than egyptian
I bought these in the Egyptian cotton and they were ok. They were soft but super stiff like a soft paper bag. I returned them and went round and round trying to find a good set of sheets. Then I figured I'd give the Supima a try because I don't really like Egyptian cotton. What a difference. The supima set is super soft and crisp but not stiff. I definitely will get another set in the Supima for sure. I just got them so I can't speak to the quality of how they will hold up yet.
