Horrible Smell!
I've never written a review on here before but I feel like everyone should be warned of the very strong chemical smell. After trying to air it outside for 3 days the odor was still there, At least we could return it w/no issues.

Great product!
I bought this product hoping it would alleviate sore points on my new, very firm bed set. It's wonderful and I wish I would have purchased it sooner. There was a smell in the beginning. I laid it out on the floor for a day and there was a slight smell still present. I put it on my bed and covered with the mattress cover and then percale sheet. I don't smell it any more and I sleep in bliss. Thank you also to the Bed Bath & Beyond saleswoman. In Alaska it is hard to get products in a timely manner. She ordered the item for me and I had it within a week. Exceptional service for this state. Thank you, saleswoman!

Not Happy
We purchased this mattress pad for my wife who has terrible back problems. When we opened the box there was a SMELL which we thought would disappear. We let it air on bed for a week before making up bed even tho it still had a SMELL. My wife who also has allergies could not breathe & had to move to another bed. As far as back comfort it was fine but the SMELL has continued. It was made in China. We have now removed it from house.
