I USED to LOVE this pillow
This would have gotten 5 stars from me but it broke. When I got this pillow I was in love with it, so much so ran out and bought one for my husband, he loved it too, until about 2 weeks down the line..... There is what I would describe as some semi circular sewing in the middle of the pillow, this keeps the beads roughly in their place after two weeks the sewing ripped and now the beads are free to move which means the pillow doesn't keep it's shape any more.
I thought perhaps that this was a one off so I took it back to the store which they immediately let me exchange for another, this time I was really careful with it and didn't smush in the wrong way or anything, the same thing happened again in about 2 weeks. I guess I could keep going back to the store and getting new ones but that's really annoying. If they could fix this problem I would give this pillow a 5 star rating because it is SUPER comfortable, until then it gets 1.

the smell
This pillow might have been comfortable but I wouldn't know. I could not get past the horrible chemical smell of the pillow. I bought it and took it out of the box and it smelled so bad, I couldn't even think about using it to sleep with. I am not sure if it is the micro beads or what could be creating that smell. anyone else had this problem? I am returning the pillow for sure.

Best Pillow!!
I have used this pillow for over a year now and LOVE IT. I have the smaller pillow and pack it with me when I travel also. It has relieved my neck pain and headaches. It did take alittle getting used to but now I cant sleep well without it.

As with all things Read the Directions!
This is not child's pillow/toy. Someone wrote a bad review because the pillow caused sparks. It says right on the warning label do not play with this pillow, do not puncture or use near pointy objects or near fire. Remember this is a therapeutic pillow. I was a little taken aback by the warning but I was in so much pain I didn't care. I love this pillow. I am 5'6" and weigh 150lbs. The reason I say this is because this pillow maybe great for some and not others. For me it has released me of severe neck pain whether I sleep on my back or my side. I found the best thing to do about pillows is to go to the store and lie on the floor with each one and try them out. Keep them in the plastic or use the sample pillows available. BBB is very good about taking them back so don't be shy jump in and buy what you think will work for you. It's all about the curve of your neck and the space between your should er and neck for side sleepers. Ignore the poor review from the women in Philadelphia she obviously did not read the directions/warnings on the pillow
