great grill pan
I've used this grill pan wlsteaks, burgers, ETC.
Excellent results. You just have to get used to the
heat temps and settings. I' 've used this on a glass top and does not slide around at all., good weight.
It is a big pan, 13" and takes up alot of room..12" might be a better fit...Also I'll say it does clean up very easily, contrary to what some of the other reviews say.

Grill Pan
I'm am all about great cooking but clean up also. First time use. Cooked a pound of bacon, drained the grease, threw burgers on.....pan was "dark". Put some water on to soak for short period of time - not overnight...this pan is brand spanking new!
Stainless is it!
