So Easy
This worked exactly as it was advertised. The rack easily lifted my 21 pound turkey to the cutting board. We pulled out the connection skewer and slid out the two sides....no mess or struggle. I am very pleased with this product.

Finally, something that works as advertised
Used today for the first time. Had a 25 lb. turkey and it was easy to remove from the roaster. Placed it on the cutting board and pulled the pin. The sides came away cleanly. It was nice to see that the product was as represented.

Awesome Lifter
We bought this last year and wonder how we managed to get through over 40 years of holidays without it. It is so easy to use for getting those turkey's or roasts out of the roasting pan and onto the serving plater with easy and without destroying your bird or roast. And clean up is a cinch. We have used all kinds of tools through the years and nothing matches this dandy.
