Warning: Pretty, But Not Thermal
If you are looking for a very attractive french press, this is the one. If you are looking to keep coffee warm in the press after you brew it, this is not the one. It is advertised as a thermally insulated press; one that will keep coffee warm two hours after brewing. It will not. As soon as you pour hot water into the unit you can feel significant warmth on the outer surface of the container. Something that is thermal doesn't radiate heat; it retains it. This unit does not.

best french press
This is the best french press I have ever purchased! Large capacity, double insulated wall, dishwasher safe, beautiful design. Bought one for myself and sent one as a gift!

Great Press
I love this press. I have 3 french presses and this is my favorite one. It actually keeps the cofee warm for the a few hours. This press is very easy to clean and it doesn't break, unlike the ones with a glass carafe. I do not put it in the dishwasher. I have had mine for a couple of years and it looks like new. Worth every dime I paid dor it.
