Wish I Read the Reviews!
This is without a doubt the worst kitchen item I have ever purchased. I really expect better from Bed, Bath and Beyond as they are a relatively high end store. My mom has used a 2 piece angel food cake pan for decades so I felt comfortable buying one. I've used Wilton products before with excellent results but this one is just useless! As with other customers, about 10 mins into baking I smelled burning. The batter was leaking out of the bottom. Thinking quickly I threw a piece of foil under the pan and saved the oven from further mess and finished the cake but I'm obviously returning this pan.

Terrible, Awful
I read all the bad reviews before using this pan but figured that others just did not know how to correctly use a 2 piece pan. Boy was I wrong!
My pan worked great the first time I used it, as other mentioned it probably would. However, the second time around I glanced in the oven to check on the cake 10 minutes after putting it in to find that over half the batter had spilled into the bottom of the oven.
I normally love Wilton products, but this one is a total flop :(

Why do they even sell this?
The pan is horrible and does not fit over a bottle to cool. The only reason they still sell this must be that not enough people have returned theirs yet.
I plan to bring this back today.

Worst pan ever!!
I am very frustrated with this pan! It doesn't fit over any bottle I can find in my house (wine, beer, worcestershire, etc), and now my cake is ruined! The bottom comes out, which is seemingly a good idea, but it's not. The cake needs to maintain its shape while cooling. Instead it just looks like a blob. Do not buy this pan. I am returning it immediately!
