Daughter in law loves it
I bought it for a gift for my daughter in law as a gift and she loves it as does my son. It is a nice, heavy and useful product.

Nice piece of wood!
Was leary at the price and "name branding" of a simple cutting board, but this is a very nicely constructed board.
The extra thickness justifies the money, but does make it a little heavy. Heavy is better when your pounding out the chopped veges! Also stays put on the porcelain sink drainboard or the glass stovetop.

BEST!
John Boos cutting boards are the best by far! In my 35 years of cooking, I have never been so impressed as I have been with these cutting boards. I have 3 of them and have gotten them for gifts for all of our kids, family and friends for different events. HANDS DOWN, you won't find a better cutting board than a John Boos.
