Amazing!!!
I absolutely love my new Blendtec Mix n Blend!!!! I have not used the mixer for making bread yet, but I did use it for making dough and it was so wonderful! I am use to having to mix everything by hand with a whisk or a fork, so it was pretty awesome that all I had to do was select the appropriate option and it did it all for me! The only negative comment I can make about the mixer is the bowl, having the rod come through the middle of the bowl for the attachments makes it a little hard to put all the ingredients into the bowl. I have also used the blender and, compared to regular home blenders like the ninja, it is amazing! It took my smoothie and made it in 25 seconds and it was completely blended! I didn't have to stop the machine and push down the ice or smack the sides of it to get all the ingredients to the bottom. The preset cycles work like a charm! If I had to say something negative about the blender, it would be that it is plastic. I hope that they make glass jars eventually so that I can buy a glass replacement for the plastic. I LOVE my new Blendtec Mix n Blend!!!!!
