Horrible Upgrade
I purchased this at the store as I had a really old seat from when my sister's children trained and it was getting old and I couldn't clean it so I decided to buy a new one. Well the upgrade which fixes the cleaning issue -- the cushion seat comes off the hard base and the splash guard is more easily removable - however it creates another issue every time my son goes to the bathroom the urine ends up pooling between the cushion and the hard base so if I take the seat off without looking I would get a pool of urine on my floor. I wish now I had worked harder to clean my old one and didn't throw it out. I am not going to have to hunt for a one piece seat so there is no place for urine to sit and pool. For now I will have to use the folding travel seat until I can find something that works better. Very disappointing as usually products I get at BBB are usually higher quality and better designed. Wish I could return it but I can't find my receipt and I would shocked if its returnable as it is a hygiene issue.
